Web / Graphic Designer

PCT is looking for a Creative associate who will be responsible for web design, development and maintenance support, and other web-related projects. Candidate will work with and take direction from our Marketing staff and clients on style and approach and participate in innovative efforts to create and improve quality of Web sites, pages and other graphics as required.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for creative concept, template styles, web standards, navigation, graphics development, execution, and maintenance of clients internet and e-Commerce web portals. Must understand the criteria and limitations involved with a web project and be proficient in the best practices of site layout, web optimization, web scheduling, and file structure management.

Requirements:

• B.A. or B.S. in graphic design, art or related field
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Web-based graphic design is preferred
• Proficient in HTML, DHTML, CSS and Javascript
• Sold knowledge and skills of image editing and creation software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and Flash
• Solid working knowledge of the latest production tools and web technologies
• Ability to communicate well with clients and internal team
• Ability to articulate ideas and direction in writing
• Must be able to provide proof of previous work done
• Must be detailed and self motivated
